I've had the desire to try my hand at making kid's clothing for quite some time now, so I chose the Oliver + S Ice Cream Dress Pattern as my first project, and it wasn't so bad. I'm not sure that I'll be making kid's clothes all the time because I love making non-garment things, but at least I won't be so intimidated by it if I ever decide to make something else. The fabric I used is called "june dot" from The Alexander Henry Collection. I chose this fabric for the Ice Cream Dress Pattern because it reminded me of all the cute things over at Tea Collection
