Have you been to Savannah, Georgia?
where the views are charming...
where southern hospitality is consistently remarkable.....
and where the creole influenced food is {sinfully} delicious?

I will confess that I've always preferred Charleston to Savannah, but I haven't been to Savannah in YEARS! And it was BLOODY hot the last time I was there: not fun! I'm thinking I need to go back as an adult and check it out. Your photos certainly make it look appealing.
ReplyDeleteI've heard so many good things about Charleston too! That is definitely on my list of places to travel to. I guess then I can make the comparison : )
DeleteI love Savannah! It is a charming city. I hope to return for a visit this summer! Also, Charleston is wonderful. You must go if you can :)
ReplyDeleteHey Jen,
ReplyDeleteYou're currently making the transition from Charleston to Charlotte right? When I do visit Charleston I'll have to get some recommendations from you : )
Never been...but can't wait to take a roadtrip..someday! Looks sweet and low key (just what a vaca should be, in my opinion) and not to mention mouth watering, to say the least! These photos make me want to pack up and head south! Thanks for sharing Tori!
ReplyDeleteI've never been, but you're sure making it look appealing. I've spent a fair amount of time in the South - Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama. I forgot to mention to you that I have family in Birmingham. The Southern hospitality is pretty nice. Yes, sir...Yes, mam.
ReplyDeletePS~Wait, I was hoping for one of those headless body shots of you carrying your new cross body bag in Savannah?
LOVE Savannah, the weeping willows, the food, the Riverwalk....just bliss. On of my favorite places to indulge in Southern cuisine and hospitality. Glad that you got a chance to have a vacation!
