Lately I've been working on patterns for some larger bags. Summer is definitely on the brain. I came across some really pretty indigo print fabric that I'm really excited about. I have two other prints in the indigo blue that I'll be working on but since I'm a sucker for anything with an Ikat print I had to cut into this one first.
I also made one in lavender and denim linen

and because the tote bags are all big and roomy you're going to need a small pouch to keep things organized. This print is from Liberty of London's Botanical Garden Capsule collection. LOVE IT.

ReplyDeleteTori, I LOVE these! Because I carry my camera around, I have to have a large tote. My current one is nice, but it's a little too deep and narrow...does that make sense? I need a little wider and shallower. Why is it so hard to find the perfect bag?! ;) And you're absolutely right, pouches are a necessity! I can't pick a fave!
